Both the House and Senate versions of the industrial hemp farming bills are stuck in their respective Judiciary Committees, so there won't be any large scale hemp farming in the U.S. in 2015.
That's why HEMP is supposedly planning to pay farmers to grow Kenaf this year and probably, next.
Then again, even if hemp were legal today for growing in the U.S., and the Spring Hope Decorticator was ready to accept 3000 acres-worth next Fall, HEMP wouldn't see maybe $400K in Net Profit Before Taxes per quarter, starting in 4Q/15, and corporate expenses would eat that right up.
But there won't be any hemp to decorticate in 2015, so that exercise is moot.
