Am going to try a take a stab here.. Probably Garnick would have said that in the context of small biotech going alone without a partner.

Manufacturing a drug should not be a problem for big pharma. Most of the small companies would have partnered already before/after phase 3 where again manufacturing should not be a problem.

So when it comes to small biotech without a partner going alone that should not be a concern especially for us since we have that facility now ?
