The logical assumption would be the other way around. Who in thier right mind would by an illiquid SEC suspended Grey Market penny stock that is also charged with Securities fraud, has no revenue and several millions in debt that can not be accurately determined because they haven't filed in the last 5 quarters, plus more than 2 dozen lawsuits, several of which are for fraud!!!
It's goes against all investment logic to think there are buyers in this crap scam stock...
