3 years ago they only needed $25,000 to get current and they did not have it, 2 years ago they needed $60,000 or so to get current and they still didn't have it, now they need $100,000 plus and they obviously don have it. At least now they won't have to worry about that number getting any higher since they won't have to file. I wonder why they didn't try to issue more shares when they had the chance??? I bet many would have gone for it if they knew this would have been the outcome.
