It only took me 2 years of losses and 1 reverse split to figure out this was a family affair scam back in 2002, yet some here held for a total loss years later, over and over.
The current 13g filing is another family affair company named, MINORITY INTEREST FUND (II), LLC, and guess who owns it?

They have had a useable story and many creative scam ideas for over 20+ years to keep a new line of sheep investing in this crap to keep their $200,000+ salary a year going. Finally it seems that most investors are waking up to that fact.
Sooner or later, you would hope the sheep they rely on to to pay their scam salaries would wake up that this has never been an investment, no matter what the headlines say.
