Rob Garnick: That’s a really good point. A lot of companies have actually stumbled in the past because they had a drug that worked but they weren’t able to produce the satisfactory commercial supply.


Can anybody name a single one?

DNDN claimed they were supply constrained at launch, but turned out that was BS.

What company failed because of lack of MFG capability? I will accept a single answer, don't need "a lot of".
