I am simply stating a filing will drop, on a authorized increase, if it's raised above the current level. At that time it will be decision time for investors, rather to stay or go. For myself, I most likely would depart if we haven't had a pps spike. I'm certainly not going to depart at this stage, right now because of an anticipated increase, that could be months from now.

All my posts are just my opinions, and are protected by 1st amendment rights. Even the ones you do not like:)
