And also the reason they don't take it to 1, it's because they want you dump, and not have snow fall effect on the stock, another words they want it to bounce back easy.
BTW, I own DKGR and I don't think their note is due yet for conversion, they already I believe received 700 M shares fore past due interest. I don't know if they are restricted or not. GLTA
