but this was authorized by Jorge Olson who was the president of the company (CEO) in July. By September according to this link:

Jorge Olson was replaced by Eduardo Enciso and the share structure increase and the 500:1 reverse split never went through. This information happen on September 11th and since then there has been absolutely no news regarding anything about this company. The reverse split should of went through but I believe was cancelled due to the change of CEO. Therefore, there seriously has not been a reverse split or share structure increase as of yet. I do not know if in the future there will be but as of right now there is no news regarding anything about this company. Time will tell if they send out any more information about this company but its been 7 months since the last report so they are far behind in telling us anything.
