I feel certain the IRS and DOJ is also investigating the five charged.

I am pretty sure these crooks are in deep, deep trouble and Treaty as well.

What indications would you have to think Treaty was being investigated by the IRS & DOJ ?

And why would these crooks be in deeper trouble compared to any other individuals charged with a CIVIL CRIME ? Are the 5 not allowed and chance to tell their side of the story ? The only information on this case is in The SEC complaint. You do know that those are allegations only ?

When it is written several times " it is believed they did this " that must now be proven they actually did it. It is well known Treaty has an SEC specialist law firm working on their side. Not just Treaty's internal legal team like it has been mentioned.

IMO this CIVIL CASE against Treaty is being singled out for whatever reason. You do know that the charged are innocent till proven guilty in a Real Court of Law. Verdicts on message boards do not count in the real world !
