KMBJN, please educate us as to why Rosenthal is quoted in a PR when he hasn't worked a day since January of 2014.

drkazmd already provided the correct definition of "Emeritus" which does NOT apparently mean retired.

Any idea why so many investors were under the impression that Rosenthal was still actively working with NNVC? Could it have had something to do with the present tense language in NNVC's PR?
