I think Itonis and Hensley are just both sick of announcing positive developments again and again only to have the price manipulated back down soon after the good news is made public. If I were them I'd wait until I had completed a step that proved undeniable value being produced, something so strong manipulators have little ability to put their own bad spin on it. I'm hoping that happens in May...
