China stocks are best performers this year. See etf's HAO,GXC. Chinese microcaps are lagging but starting to move. Examples: KGJI,ZA,CGA,SIAF,GURE,NUIN,CMCI,CNTF.

As always, be careful. They're often targets of short sellers.
