OCAT was downgraded to a hold by Maxim, and STEM was rated a buy by Maxim? Maxim is involved with the STEM dilutive offering.

STEM has previously been trading near $1, and is in danger of being delisted from Nasdaq. Have any posters from the OCAT board posted cautionary advice about STEM?
