Duh!!! I had my tongue in my cheek when I wrote that. This stock SHOULD have at least doubled on that announcement and SHOULD be well over a penny when the China test and money comes in and we are fully reporting. These things should both be happening in a matter of weeks as the announcement indicated.

On the pollution testing, remember they do a baseline test without the Dyno and then test again the next day with the Dyno so it's not the absolute reading that is important it's a comparison so it doesn't matter how bad the pollution is the Dyno should be able to reduce it by a very large percentage.
