True True True, learned that the hard way many many years ago. Who will keep clawing and scratching to succeed if they can't even pay their own bills. The company is a seperate entity from yourself and has to treated as such. (Although, you are responsible for it.)
Also, you could argue if he is being paid too much for the results, so far.

Paint jobs in EITHER direction are a cry for help.
