I have my own version of "WHY" we haven't witnessed the
ticker/official Wall Street name change, and it has to do
with the entire reason Angel took Bud Genius public to begin
with. To raise funds to grow the company and move it forward.
Over the past year we have observed the "monetizing" of shares
(as ref by FD) and the accelerated version of shorting (or ASRs)
as I first pointed out early this month.

Once the ASR/monetizing is completed, (we are hopefully close),
the ticker/official Wall Street name change will take place at
