The 10K is extremely dismal and tells a tale of greed and business failure, not to mention complete and utter contempt for investors and creditors. 10K's are sworn and attested, under penalty of law. The genius's PR's are fluff, nonsense, lies, distortions and shills for lining his pockets. The only hope is that the genius can rope in more suckers, shoot the PPS up long enough for the bag holders to get out.
