So, Molen Sells 200,000,000 shares last year? Quick look at the released financials and noticed a change

from 12/31/14 report;
C. Beneficial Shareholders Persons owning more than five percent (5%) of the issuer's securities as of the date issued: Michael K. Molen 12,000,000 restricted common shares

From 12/31/2013 report:

C. Beneficial Shareholders Persons owning more than five percent (5%) of the issuer’s securities as of the date issued: Michael K. Molen 212,000,000 restricted common shares P.O. Box 922395, Norcross, GA 30010

There could be a good reason for this:
1) simply a mistake on numbers. But, it is on there 2 times at 12,000,000. So the same typo twice? I know it is easy to misplace 200,000,000 shares.

2) Molen did sell those shares and didn't file a form 4. This type of crap will get the stock to the grey market faster then anything.

So, please ask Molen #1 or #2..
