It's one thing for you to say that it's the distiller that applies for the COLA blah blah blah while everyone waits for the approvals. It's another thing to have the applications identify a third party entirely as the owner of the brand, which is what "A product of Besado Tequila LLC" means.

Who is Besado Tequila LLC and what rights do they have to the Besado products? TSB holds the Besado Trademark (as a word mark), but have they licensed its sale to someone else? Are those licensing rights transferable to yet another party?
