I bet we hear nothing from SG until May 15 at least, including any word about the acquisition. It's his standard operating procedure. Announce a big date. Selling increases as it approaches. The date comes, and nothing happens. No word from SG for weeks. Next time you hear from him, it's to announce some new venture or target date for something else entirely, and the thing everyone was waiting for is barely ever mentioned again, if he even acknowledges its existence at all. That happened, what, like a half dozen times last year at least? I see no reason to expect anything different now.
