May not get one tomorrow. I think they will be able to convert 2 times before the 8k is required. I would guess we are going to have close to a 50% increase since the last 8k.

Would say we are over 50M now and over 60M when the 8k comes.

Funny to think that the SS is almost the same as it was just before the VCs really started flooding the market.

We will be at 500M shares by end of June if the company lasts that long. I don't even know if it will make it to May
