Invades the business? He was the CEO of Core Wafer Systems from 2002! Roger didn't "invade." He WAS the company - or rather the better half. LOL. And he was a CPA. And a crook. How did Teresa miss all that when she conducted her thorough review of Core Wafer Systems' financial documents and legal issues BEFORE the merger?

Oh, wait! Teresa never saw the documents until when? Sometime last year??

I could barely remain in my seat in the court room when Teresa stood before the judge in November, 2013 and said, "We didn't know."
