I usually check up on this stock a couple times a year, was curious why it's down, are they F-ING KIDDING HERE???? $60M Dollars for purchasing a subsidiary that has no revenue, from a company with a $3M dollar market cap? what kind of scammy F-ING B.S. is that????????

End of rant but I had just added this to my watchlist and am going to be removing it now!! WOW!
