the volume associated with this stock is sad. it appears that when there seems to a long lull in activity someone stirs the pot. if there is to be any serious interest there needs to be a continuing movement of the stock in volume and price. the .0009 to .004 does not show serious investor interest. it must be a constant movement to get the PPS where it belongs. IMHO
