The authorization of the 500:1 reverse split and the increase in share structure never was accomplish. Jorge was taken off of being CEO shortly after the news of this was announced and the reverse split and share structure increase was cancelled! I have been with this stock for almost a year now and been reading the updates as in-frequently as they come. Hopefully there will be news of something soon but I do not have my hopes up. The last news of this transaction was last September and since everything has gone cold. Hope this helps some!
