Great research!

Just completely WRONG!

We are and have been the same company since our founding in 1995.

I changed the name to IENT before I departed in 1999 as i personally own the Interactive Magic name.

i filed a Former 15 in 2002 to stop reporting.

As I said before we expect to begin reporting again this year.
