On the Federal case an answer with a request to dismiss the bogus case has been filed for those that have been served.
Shaun applied for an extension on the time to serve rogue shareholders who refused to quietly bend over and take it up the poop chute. The extension to continue to force a bogus lawsuit on shareholders was granted.

On the state suit to get a shareholder meetind and vote on a real BOD, Shaun filed a motion asking the judge to force all of the rogue shareholders petitioning the Nevada court to order Shaun to conduct a long overdue shareholder meeting to pay $500 into a fund in case Shaun was able to convince the judge that unlike every other publically traded company in the USA he does not need to conduct an annual shareholder meeting.
The legal team filed a motion to strike the request from the record as it was filed 2 months late and a request to sanction Shaun for delaying the court proceedings.
