Quote LOL, "Bhrt is selling for a 109000% discount!!" WHAT??

Looks more like it's trading at about a 100% PREMIUM based on the fact it just put in its all, all, all time low of .0045 only about 1 week or two ago?

Given the amount of toxic, convertible, floorless debt they have sitting on their books, in addition to them now relying on Magna for their survival cash- in a cash-for-shares 100% dilutive "credit line" deal, and given their massive rate of share dilution (65 MILLION plus shares in just Jan, Feb and early March of 2015 already) - I'd say it's got a much higher probability of going back to that all time low area of .005 cents than it does of going much higher this range-bound area it's trading in now?

If any convertible debt holders "converted" in that .0045 to .005 range, it means they're likely now holding 10's of MILLIONS of shares in the .0025 range. I'd say that it's highly, highly likely that some of those convertible debt hedge fund boys "converted" their shares right in that .005 range given that the share volume was massive, hitting 20 MILLION plus shares traded on the day the stock made its now all, all, all time low of .0045. Highly likely IMO that some of the convertible debt/Hedge fund loan boys are likely now holding shares they got for around .0025 or so ea. That's a massive low priced share overhang just sitting out there then IMO. Future sell-side dilution just waiting in the wings more than likely.

I'd say that makes it a 50% to 100% PREMIUM mark-up price right now. Why pay more when it will go on-sale again later, probably sooner than later given its historic trading patterns?

What 109,000% supposed "discount"??? It's only lost a literal 99.99% of its common share value since going public in 2008 and has lost about 99% of its common share value since mid 2010 when the present CEO took over running things.

The share price was about .50 CENTS when the present CEO took over in about mid 2010 and there was maybe 30 MILLION shares tops, outstanding.

Today, there's probably at least 700 MILLION shares O/S more than likely IMO (and 2 BILLION shares now authorized by the BOD) and O/S shares are diluting/climbing rapidly in count (the next 10-Q will give the exact number) and the share price has declined to a solid sub ONE CENT range.

50 cents - .008 cents = 49.992 / 50 = .9998 X 100 = 99.98% LOSS to common shares under the current CEO and Sr Management, all since mid 2010.

Pretty impressive IMHO.
