STILL no 10-K from CTTC!

I'm telling'ya, Conrad (aka "Bullteat") is lying "a mouldering" DEAD somewhere! Probably committed suicide what with all those lawsuits and liens and no GSA contracts and Radiant Healthcare getting the Marineo distribution deal and -- oh, mercy! -- the list is sooooo long! Well, I guess I should say RIP, Bullteat! Guess no one can blame you for being unable to turn a heapin' pile of fresh dog dung into even a third rate QUACK medical device business!
