Gumbi, I actually felt bad for the guy who bought 50 @ $0.165 cause it totalled up only $8.25 but he will be paying much for his commission. Assuming only $3 commission, his 50 GPSI shares actually average at $0.225 just because someone else did a painting job....

Hence, it is better if he hit the ASK at $0.19 instead. That is why sometimes I prefer to hit the ASK if the ASK is low enough. Unless you are lucky enough that someone desperately sell you a large block at your BID or fill you up at your BID...
