The fact that they are working on becoming current on their reporting is a good sign.
I will have to re-read tomorrow and compare to the previous Q, but at first glance, there appears to be some subtle differences in the following, which could warrant some cautious optimism:
“Due to our limited capital, we continue to focus on the mining of our McDame property. Approval for our placer mining was received on September 25, 2014, and the permit is valid till March 31, 2017. Since the date of approval for mining, we have been completing our final preparation and machinery purchases in time for mining to start in the new mining season for this region. If we are successful in raising the funds required to begin mining, and barring any unforeseen circumstances, we should commence commercial mining operations in late spring or early summer 2015.”
