first of all i don't know, nor am i friends with wagner.
the stipulation was filed with the court by and between both parties . signed by glenn's attorney.
but rather than spending the next few days arguing legal documents why don't we just wait the year or two until it is settled in court and we will see then which side is telling the truth. if the courts rule that wagner is the sleeze that you say he it i will post an apologize on this board. if the courts rule that glenn is liable then i expect a similar post by you.
