I know this much, Kaye only has a few months left before he is in big shnitz with the Nevada SOS. Here is commentary that I received on another ticker, but it applies to all companies that are registered in Nevada. Kaye's defaulted in July!

An entity will stay in a default status for a year before going into a revoked status. An entity shouldn’t be doing business without a valid state business license, being in a default status means they do not have a current license.
