There is NEVER an excuse to
NOT or delay filing of a publicly traded company.

They need invest in a 99 cents calculator All the companies I hold all file on time, never an issue - this is not common.

All they need to do is enter "0" for revenues. and "0" down the page. The 3 months that ended Sept 30 2014; posted as ZERO revenues.

The process of filing is very simple and IF GFTI can afford to pay an independent auditor. I would recommend Marcum; which happens to audit 100s of microcaps..
