Well, goodness knows there's a LOT to worry about! Dead CEO, late 10-K, multiple lawsuits, liens against everything CTTC owns, 3 million in debt, disowned by inventors, Radiant Healthcare the new calmare representative, etc, etc.

Yep! I'd say there's MORE than enough there to inspire worry!
