It was a real company with real offices ...however it was a poorly run company that is now:
- in default of a major loan
- in arrears for payroll tax to the Feds
- and is now no bid and no trade


and quite honestly I do not think a r/s will fix it...this one is probably going to have to file for bankruptcy

So is it a scam, nope.
Is it a shitty company, yes.
