I mostly agree but I wouldn't want to give Roche too much of an advantage in a potential bidding war.

It is my impression that when a large pharma co owns a good sized chunk of a little biotech, they can suppress the price for the year or two prior to acquisition. I would consider a cash infusion in exchange for European rights but don't want to give them stock at the same time. And I don't think HALO can go it alone with the HA diagnostic so, if Torley and co think like me, there might be some indecision on how to proceed wit partnering.
