The last 2 10ks have not been filed . That has been inquired
about on the shareholder inquiry link -no response . In addition,
it has now been way in excess of the 45 day time period for court acceptance or announcement of settlement to combined litigation
negotiation. Have tried numerous times to get a response and nothing . Today called stores in Colorado -they are at least still
open . Called corporate office in Seattle and get a voice mail-not very Corporate to have no live person at phone-more just evasive to avoid inquiries and cherry pick who they will ????
call back. The store in Boulder said they would send an email
stating that the shareholders were calling concerning-no response
Maybe ,if enough shareholders call the stores ,it will evoke a response -be it BS or not.
