They still can't even afford to pay and submit a simple financial/balance statement with the SEC.
Warning has been issued by OTC to GFTI. Yes, NT 10K has expired.
I can't see how any financial institution, private equity funds would ever write a check to this company given the companies history and current state.
I know at least 50 microcaps with NO BS, revenues, strong management, fantastic product/service. And they still have a hard dime raising any level of capital.
Hmmm maybe i can write them a CN, but GFTI needs at least at minimum $8K in trading vol.
