Well this story is getting crazier by the minute.

The state has now posted why they dissolved BCAP the second time....BCAPS check bounced and Matt did not respond to them. So then he pays them the fee somehow and they reinstated him again last week.....but now Matt filed an amendment to raise the AUTH SHARES yesterday so here comes some more of Matt dumping shares again soon.
