I'm curious (part of my learning curve for this co.): What's the evidence for the remark, "Management remains clueless"? I can understand why they don't want to spend much money at this point on PRs.
For an OTC stock it seems they have achieved some remarkable success in getting their training products and services procured by some MAJOR agencies with the promise of much more international sales and also the partnership with Modern Round for the open-to-the-public simulators.
