I did get the ss at ENTI down to 500 million if you consider the 200 Million H&G shares and 25 Million Alger were already set aside...

Though I think 1.469 Billion has to be bought 1st @ $1 though legal shorts can I believe surrender there shares and they are cancelled. Suppose they could be used at DUTV at $1-5 also.
