Can someone please elaborate on the Supreme Court process regarding the Google case? Per VRNG24's blog, it appears now very unlikely according to him that Vringo will hear from the Supreme Court before it adjourns in late June early July. This would push any decision out until at least October. Is this all but a foregone conclusion or what are the timelines that need to be hit in order to increase chance SCOTUS can make a decision as to whether or not the case with Google is back on? I appreciate your responses.
