They are forced to do reverse split

They have no other means of funding themselves, it's simple.

They do nothing, own nothing, sell nothing (but shares) , so please, enlighten the masses as to what could possibly allow this scam of a sham to NOT reverse split.

Besides, it's that time of year again.
