I am very concerned about the $400,000 sales milestone that VSPC must hit by Sept, 2016 to trigger the next GKG license renewal. I cannot see where the revenue is going to come from.

-- Almeda Energy Group will take at least 1 year and probably longer (if it moves forward at all) to license farm land, plant and harvest so little to no revenue coming in this time period.

-- Nicaragua is stalled due to lack of governmental approval and VSPC stated it would take at least 18 months to launch so no revenue is coming from that project within the time frame.

-- St Croix is at least delayed and possibly dead so little to no revenue likely from that project

-- Mesquite Lake is stalled or dead due to lack of an IID contract to buy its electricity.

-- Guyana is stalled or dead due to the lack of a needed partner

-- Jamaica is stalled to damaged crops and after that we have no idea what will happen.

-- The Harmony Gold Project will take at least 1 more year to launch, but GKG is only a secondary source to sugar beets so only a small amount of GKG will be used in that project.

-- We have not been given a schedule for using GKG in the Sagay 4.2 MW burner, but since it is a secondary source to supplement their rice wastage, very little acreage will be needed for that purpose.

-- Any other MOUs announced going forward will not likely to contribute in this time period except in regards to starting up nurseries.
