I recall the CEO stated in an update on GuntherGrant.com that the Vortex requires UL approval and also patent protection. That requires substantial capital expenditure.
From reading all the updates and marketing plan, GNGR will focus on national fudge sales during the holiday season as its #1 priority, Then I assume when GNGR has the required capital, the Vortex will move forward with UL regulatory approval, patent protection, production, sales, etc.
Both the fudge and Vortex product lines seem to have a lot of potential, especially for a stock trading at .0037
