Eddie, I have bought and read all of the court docs and they are quite an eye opening lesson on how Peter Michaels, CEO of Hop-On, really works.

I have actually posted one page from the exhibits.

The exhibits were quite telling on how Peter Michaels spent HOP-ON money! I noticed some interesting transfers of money from the Hop-On account to other accounts. Makes one wonder what those accounts were. Maybe it was like the Green Frog Fund transfer that has been talked about.

Also thought it was nice that Michaels went on a vacation while he should have been handling business.

HA! Maybe that is the reason he has been going to China, Spain, Germany, in the last few months.. he could have been avoiding something. Never thought of that until now. I just figured they were boondoggle trips for Michaels, kind of like Mexico.
