The Judge could have dismissed the whole thing, but did not.
That tells me there is something. How much? I don't know.
And if it goes to trial, who know how a little jury will judge.
A jury made up of folks completely ignorant of securities laws and being suspicious of both sides, the gov't and some shady wheeler dealer, who has a shady history of hooking up with shady people.
