That 883 patent is gone PERIOD

Appeal is to simply placate the shareholders and to buy time.

Most of MMRF's health record patents depend on 883

That's why the Genius isn't asserting claims from any of those patents. Because defense number 1 will be that 883 no longer is valid.

Genius!

It's going to cost a TON of money just to get MMRF back to square 1.

Management knows the company as it existed last year is now dead in the water.
